I'm super happy with being able to book Cy for my 1 year new build warranty inspection. He found lots of issues that I would have never found on my own. He is thorough,detailed, and is a master at his craft. At the end of the inspection he gives a PowerPoint presentation of all the issues that he finds and answers any questions that you may have about them. I highly recommend you book him for your inspection to have peace of mind about your house.

I was lucky enough to have Cy Porter do our 1 year inspection on our new build. Cy’s work is so detailed and thorough. His knowledge and attention to detail is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe some of the things he found that we never noticed. He did a detailed presentation after he completed his inspection that allowed us to view the photos depicting the issues he found before he left our house. He also spent a lot of time addressing our concerns and answering our questions. He provided his complete written report via email the same day he completed the inspection. Cy has a great eye for details. I have been living in my new build for almost a year now and he was able to point out some things that I did not catch. I definitely recommend booking him before the dreaded one year warranty is up on most new builds. He also produces a clear report to give to the builders, which makes it so much easier when communicating with them.
